Contracts, negotiations and the less glamorous details are not an afterthought to us — they are part of the job. After three decades in this business, we know that talent needs more than representation. It needs people willing to ask questions, address uncomfortable realities and stand their ground when necessary.

There are still structural issues within our industry that deserve attention — from unfair working conditions and systemic exploitation to unequal access and representation. We do not claim to have all the answers, but we believe in taking responsibility where we can and in contributing to a fairer, more respectful working culture.
